Cannabis Policy

Over the last few years State governments have monopolized Cannabis production and distribution, reaping billions in annual revenue. Now they are ramping up raids on small home growers as these greedy bastards are out to capture every last dime of revenue. In my home state of Michigan we just found out that the revenue from Patient/Caregiver Cards are now going to be used to raid those that got Patient/Caregiver Cards.

==== Michigan agencies increase medical marijuana enforcement POSTED 7:52 PM, JANUARY 7, 2018, BY FOX 17 NEWS =====

When I helped pass the 2008 Medical Marijuana Initiative the revenue was never supposed to be used in that way. They were also not supposed to share the Patient/Caregiver information with local law enforcement. Thanks to our legislature they betrayed us on both of these counts. Yep over the last 10 years our state legislators have slowly chipped away at the original initiative that passed by a landslide 63% of Michigan voters. So much for standing up for the will of the American People.

Then the other day I read where Colorado is going to add chemical adulterants to the weed to insure that they can capture every last dime of revenue.

Am I the only one that has had enough of this crap? I’m currently recovering from a bout of the flu and I’m in no mood to get into Cannabis Policy today. But if you want my views on Cannabis Policy please read this essay which has been viewed nearly 1,000 times on Facebook. Suffice it to say I am not happy about the direction of Cannabis Policy in the US.

Immigration Policy

Where is the damn E-Verify. That is what I want to know.

I was way ahead of Trump. In 1996 I ran for US Congress saying we needed a 20 year moratorium on ALL immigration: Legal and Illegal. And as far as I’m concerned Trump can blow orange smoke up his own ass if E-Verify is not included. My other central plank (1996) was to allow adults to not just grow their own Cannabis, but to have the right to sell their overage untaxed. And that was 22 years ago that I ran for US Congress. I seem to be cursed with being about 20 years ahead of public opinion. But it appears the people have finally come up to speed. Let us just hope we are not too late.

Well so far our representatives have ignored me on both counts.

ANY comprehensive solution, to stop the displacement of our Legal Citizens, will require E-Verify but it is not anywhere to be found. Why is E-Verify so important? Because if all employers are forced to implement E-Verify we could get rid of millions of Illegal Immigrants that have been allowed to stay here after their damn visa’s expired. That would translate into millions of jobs for our own Legal Citizens who have been thrown under that bus for literally decades.

Here is an article trying to explain why E-Verify will not be part of the Immigration reform bill.

===== Will the President — and his voters — settle for an amalgam of walls, fences and electronically monitored border areas broken by areas of impassable topographical features like rivers and mountains, for instance?

Then the GOP must shape its own position on questions that include whether DACA recipients should be allowed to bring their parents or grandparents into the country once they are legalized. The party must arrive at a definition of exactly what it means by border security and balance the demands of its rambunctious base with other Republican constituencies like business and agricultural groups that are alienated by hard-line GOP positions on workplace verification systems like E-Verify.

Trump, Republicans face immigration reckoning By Stephen Collinson and Lauren Fox, CNN January 11, 2018 =====

Here’s another:

===== Republicans may give hundreds of thousands of immigrants a path to citizenship in upcoming weeks, begging a decades-old question: What are they going to demand in return?

A path to citizenship even for a limited population like recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program is forcing Republicans to reckon with whether now is also the time to push for E-Verify triggers, which could make a narrow bill more comprehensive and therefore more complicated.

For several months, a group of bipartisan senators led by Democrat Dick Durbin of Illinois and Republican Lindsey Graham of South Carolina have quietly worked on a way to preserve DACA in exchange for bolstered border security — but not E-Verify, a national database that is used by employers to verify the immigration status of individuals they hire.

Once a cornerstone of Trump campaign, E-Verify makes a DACA deal far more complicated By Lauren Fox and Tal Kopan, CNN January 12, 2018 =====

Oh more “complicated” my ass. The reason neither party want E-Verify is because it would instantly stop the flow of Legal and Illegal immigrants into the United States which is slowly being transformed into a Global Shithole. Goodness forbid that our representatives might finally represent WE THE PEOPLE.

“Securing America’s Future Act” is the most comprehensive bill I’ve yet read. And it will get the job done for good. Unfortunately it doesn’t’ stand a “snowball’s chance in Hell” at the moment.

===== Four House Republicans introduced legislation today to grant amnesty to DACA recipients while addressing all of Pres. Trump’s demands. The Securing America’s Future Act, introduced by House Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte, House Immigration Subcommittee Chairman Raul Labrador, House Homeland Security Chairman Michael McCaul, and House Border Subcommittee Chairwoman Martha McSally, would end Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery, make E-Verify mandatory for all employers, and beef up both interior enforcement and border security.

Reps. Goodlatte, Labrador, McCaul, and McSally were all part of the GOP working group that included members of the GOP Leadership team to draft legislation to grant amnesty to DACA recipients. Even though, the Securing America’s Future Act was authored by just these four lawmakers, The Hill is reporting that the bill has received the support of the House GOP Leadership team, however, there has been no indication that it will be brought to the floor for a vote.

In recent weeks, Pres. Trump has said that he would like to see an end to Chain Migration and the Visa Lottery, along with additional border security, paired with a permanent solution for DACA recipients. The Securing America’s Future Act combines a number of border and interior enforcement bills that have already been passed by the House Judiciary Committee, including Rep. Lamar Smith’s Legal Workforce Act to require all businesses to use E-Verify for new hires along with a renewable visa program for DACA recipients.

The bill:

Eliminates the Visa Lottery green card program;

Eliminates Chain Migration and creates a renewable temporary visa for parents of citizens to unite families at no cost to taxpayers;

Reduces legal immigration levels by about 260,000 a year – a decrease of about 25%;

Reforms the agricultural guest worker program;

Sends additional ICE agents to more high-risk embassies overseas to vet visitors and immigrants;

Provides additional technology, roads and other tactical infrastructure to secure the border;

Adds 5,000 Border Patrol Agents and 5,000 CBP Officers;

Requires full implementation of the biometric entry/exit system at all air, land, and sea ports of entry;

Makes E-Verify Mandatory for all employers;

Authorizes the Department of Justice to withhold law enforcement grants from sanctuary cities;

Allows DHS to detain dangerous illegal immigrants who cannot be removed;

Reduces asylum fraud by tightening the “credible fear” standard to root out frivolous claims and increases penalties for fraud/terminates asylum for individuals who voluntarily return home;

Grants amnesty to DACA recipients by issuing a 3-year renewable visa with work permit House Republican Chairs Introduce DACA Bill That Also Ends Chain & Lottery, and Mandates E-Verify PUBLISHED: Wed, JAN 10th 2018 =====

Let me briefly describe the real problem that faces us Legal Citizens that have been thrown under the bus for literally decades. It explains why soon you will probably not be able to grow your own Cannabis. It explains why the inflow of immigrants will never be stopped. It explains why we are being forced to get vaccines, except Smart Meters on our homes and so much more. But before I explain that you might want to read about the “end of choice” in the United States and much of the world today. It is very important that the American People begin to understand the magnitude of this evolving threat.

===== Smart Meters and the End of Choice and Free Speech BRUCE CAIN·SUNDAY, JANUARY 7, 2018 =====

The Real Problem Facing Us is Globalization

Over the last 100 years Global Corporations have become more powerful than most nations. They now control our Legislature, Presidency, Judiciary, Press, the United Nations and ALL internet platforms: Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and more. And that is exactly why they are out to censor our free speech on the internet. The following article explains this in some depth.

===== Don’t be fooled by all the talk of “fighting fake news.” It’s really all about one thing: Censorship.

Fighting fake news is the new pretext given by the ruling cabal in many nations to enact censorship via the back door. Amid the rallying cries of “We must fight fake news!” both France (under would-be dictator Macron) and now Brazil are attempting to pass legislation to ban political content on the web that the government deems to be fake news. There is a theme to this, as it follows on from many acts of censorship in 2016 and 2017. Whether it’s Twitter shadow-banning, Facebook rolling our fake news checkers or deleting entire accounts, YouTube embarking upon soft censorship through forced sign-ins or hard censorship by deleting entire channels, Google’s search engine hiding websites by de-ranking them, or – worst of all – Google demonetizing content and sites not to its liking, censorship is clearly getting worse — and it’s threatening to overtake a free and open internet.

Fighting Fake News: A Back Door Trick to Enact Internet Censorship (01/17/2018) =====

At this moment I cannot divine a plan to stop this shit. But I can tell you exactly what their template for global domination is. All you have to do is some research on the United Nations “Agenda 21” and “Agenda 2020.” The following video came on in 2010 but pretty much summarizes how we are about to be enslaved in the coming months and years.

Agenda 21 Summary

Concluding Remarks

Fifty years ago I did both Marijuana and LSD for the first time in my life. The year was 1968 and I was but 14 years of age. Throughout my life, now 63, I long tried to understand why we can never solve any of our social problems. Why can’t adults simple grow their own Cannabis as we can make our own Beer and Wine at home. Why can’t I choose what drugs I put into MY body. Why is my government increasingly forcing me to get vaccines, forcing me to have a smart meter on my home etc? Well in explaining Agenda21 perhaps I have explained that to some extent. We are being imprisoned by a growing Global Deep State.

1968 was also the year that the Stone’s released the song “Street Fighting Man.”

===== Street Fighting Man The Rolling Stones

Everywhere I hear the sound of marching, charging feet, boy ‘Cause summer’s here and the time is right for fighting in the street, boy Well what can a poor boy do Except to sing for a rock ‘n’ roll band ‘Cause in sleepy London town There’s just no place for a street fighting man No

Hey! Think the time is right for a palace revolution ‘Cause where I live the game to play is compromise solution Well, then what can a poor boy do Except to sing for a rock ‘n’ roll band ‘Cause in sleepy London town There’s just no place for a street fighting man No

Hey! Said my name is called disturbance I’ll shout and scream, I’ll kill the king, I’ll rail at all his servants Well, what can a poor boy do Except to sing for a rock ‘n’ roll band ‘Cause in sleepy London town There’s just no place for a street fighting man No =====

Yep, that song has long left an impression on me. And the lyrics that remain branded in my mind?

Hey! Think the time is right for a palace revolution ‘Cause where I live the game to play is compromise solution

That is the globalist game my friend: compromised solutions that never solve a single god damn problem. And 50 years later I get it. The globalists are not interested in solving anything. The globalists want to control every aspect of our lives. For nearly 10,000 years our elites have looked on us as either “useful idiots” or “useless eaters.” So if you give a damn about your friends, your children or your grandchildren it is time. Not quite sure how we do this without violence. But we are in need of an immediate Peaceful rEvolution.

Time for a Global “Palace Revolution.” It is either that or we simply accept the fact that we will soon be nothing more than slaves on the emerging Global Plantation. Surely we can do better than that?

Crank this baby up. It has inspired me for 50 years. Hopefully it will also inspire the rest of you. It is time!
